From there, she will recommend any necessary lab work or diagnostic testing and begin building a personalized care plan designed specifically around you. Insurance-based models often limit the amount of time providers can spend with patients, restrict diagnostic testing, and dictate treatment options based on coverage guidelines rather than clinical judgment. Our practice is structured to allow for comprehensive evaluations, advanced diagnostic workups, and personalized treatment plans without those limitations.
This model allows us to:
Spend meaningful, unrushed time with each patient
Order advanced diagnostic testing when clinically appropriate
Create individualized treatment plans without insurance restrictions
Focus on root-cause evaluation rather than symptom management alone
Payment for services is due at the time of your visit.
Can I Request Reimbursement Through My Insurance?
Yes. Upon request, we are happy to provide a detailed SuperBill that includes appropriate ICD-10 diagnosis codes and CPT procedure codes. You may submit this documentation directly to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Please understand that reimbursement policies vary widely between insurance plans. We make no guarantees that your insurance company will reimburse any or all of your services. Patients are responsible for verifying their own out-of-network benefits.

Because we take a whole-person, root-cause approach, we are uniquely equipped to address multiple interconnected concerns within a single, comprehensive care plan. Many patients come in for one issue and discover that several of their symptoms share a common root cause. Rather than sending you to three different specialists, Dr. Burg addresses the full picture thoughtfully, thoroughly, and all in one place. However, if a specialist referral is needed, we will work together to refer our patients to the best possible provider!
