ABOUT THE PRACTICE

  • Yes! Dr. Burg is currently welcoming new patients to her office located in Panama City, Florida. We would love to be a part of your health journey. Reach out today to schedule your first consultation.

  • Your first visit is unlike any medical appointment you have likely had before. There is no rushing, no clipboard full of questions you never get to ask, and no leaving with more confusion than answers. Dr. Burg takes the time to sit with you, understand your full health history, listen to your symptoms, and learn about your goals. From there, she will recommend any necessary lab work or diagnostic testing and begin building a personalized care plan designed specifically around you. Plan to spend meaningful time with us, because you deserve it.

  • Primary care physicians play a vital and irreplaceable role in your overall health – and we work alongside them, not in place of them. What sets this practice apart is time, depth, and focus of treatment. Where a traditional appointment may last 15 minutes, you’re given the time and attention your health deserves from our team. Where conventional medicine often addresses symptoms, we go deeper – uncovering the root causes driving those symptoms and treating them with advanced, personalized therapies that go beyond the standard of care. Think of us as a complement to your existing care team, with a specialized focus on functional medicine, hormone optimization, and intimate health.

  • Initial consultations are unhurried and comprehensive, typically lasting between 60 and 12090 minutes depending on the complexity of your concerns. Follow-up visits vary based on your treatment plan and the nature of your care. We never rush our patients, and we never watch the clock at your expense.

ABOUT INSURANCE & COSTS

  • At Dr. Jenn Burg, we operate as a private concierge, cash-based practice by design.

Insurance-based models often limit the amount of time providers can spend with patients, restrict diagnostic testing, and dictate treatment options based on coverage guidelines rather than clinical judgment. Our practice is structured to allow for comprehensive evaluations, advanced diagnostic workups, and personalized treatment plans without those limitations.

    This model allows us to:

    • Spend meaningful, unrushed time with each patient

    • Order advanced diagnostic testing when clinically appropriate

    • Create individualized treatment plans without insurance restrictions

    • Focus on root-cause evaluation rather than symptom management alone

Payment for services is due at the time of your visit.

Can I Request Reimbursement Through My Insurance?

Yes. Upon request, we are happy to provide a detailed SuperBill that includes appropriate ICD-10 diagnosis codes and CPT procedure codes. You may submit this documentation directly to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Please understand that reimbursement policies vary widely between insurance plans. We make no guarantees that your insurance company will reimburse any or all of your services. Patients are responsible for verifying their own out-of-network benefits.

This structure allows us to practice medicine with depth, precision, and integrity.

  • Treatment costs vary depending on the services included in your personalized care plan. During your initial consultation, Dr. Burg will walk you through all recommended treatments and associated costs so there are never any surprises. Our goal is to make exceptional care as accessible as possible, and we are always happy to discuss your options.

  • No referral is needed! You are welcome to reach out directly to schedule your consultation at any time. If you have existing labs, records, or notes from other providers that you would like Dr. Burg to review, we encourage you to bring those along. The more context we have, the more personalized your care can be from day one.

ABOUT TREATMENTS

  • This practice is equipped with some of the most advanced non-surgical treatment technologies available today.

    Our in-office technologies include:

    • Alma FemiLift  — Advanced CO₂ laser therapy for vaginal rejuvenation, stress incontinence

    • Alma Duo — Low-intensity shockwave therapy for sexual medicine and enhancement in both men and women

    • Alma TED — Ultrasound-based hair restoration for men and women experiencing thinning or hair loss

    • Alma PixelPeel – Alma PixelPeel is a physician-grade fractional CO₂ resurfacing treatment that delivers controlled precision to rejuvenate, tighten, and restore skin anywhere on the body.

In addition to these technologies, Dr. Burg offers hormone optimization through the EvexiPEL method, precision peptide therapy, and comprehensive functional medicine protocols – all tailored to your unique biology and goals.

  • Yes. All hormone therapies offered here are bioidentical, meaning they are molecularly identical to the hormones your body naturally produces. EvexiPEL pellets are compounded at FarmaKeio, an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility, ensuring the highest standards of purity, potency, and consistency. Every protocol is carefully dosed based on your comprehensive lab work and health profile, and monitored closely throughout your treatment. Your safety is always the first priority.

  • Most treatments offered here are designed to be as comfortable as possible. In-office procedures such as FemiLift, Alma Duo, and Alma TED are minimally invasive or completely non-invasive and are well-tolerated by the vast majority of patients. Hormone pellet insertion is a minor in-office procedure performed with local anesthetic that most patients describe as a brief moment of pressure rather than pain. Dr. Burg and her team will always walk you through exactly what to expect before any procedure so you feel fully informed and at ease.

  • One of the significant advantages of the technologies used here is that most procedures require little to no downtime. Alma Duo and Alma TED treatments require no recovery time whatsoever – patients return to normal activities immediately. FemiLift PixiPeel treatments typically involve minimal downtime, with most patients resuming normal activities within a day or two. Hormone pellet insertion involves a small insertion site that heals quickly, with most patients returning to their regular routine the same day. Dr. Burg will provide specific post-procedure guidance tailored to your treatment at every visit.

  • Absolutely. While some of Dr. Burg's services are specific to women's health, many – including functional medicine, hormone optimization, sexual medicine, hair restoration, peptide therapy, and shockwave therapy – are available to and highly effective for both men and women. Every patient, regardless of gender, is welcomed with the same level of compassion, discretion, and clinical expertise.

  • Yes – and this is an area Dr. Burg is deeply passionate about. The sexual and hormonal side effects of cancer treatment are real, common, and profoundly impactful, yet they are rarely addressed with the same urgency as the cancer itself. This practice offers specialized, compassionate care for cancer survivors navigating these effects, including non-hormonal options for patients who are not candidates for systemic estrogen therapy. You survived. Now let's help you thrive!

  • In many cases, yes. Depending on the treatments involved and your individual care plan, Dr. Burg may recommend combining therapies in a single visit to maximize your results and respect your time. This will always be discussed and planned as part of your personalized protocol, never rushed or assumed.

  • That is actually very common, and one of the greatest strengths of this practice. Because we take a whole-person, root-cause approach, we are uniquely equipped to address multiple interconnected concerns within a single, comprehensive care plan. Many patients come in for one issue and discover that several of their symptoms share a common root cause. Rather than sending you to three different specialists, Dr. Burg addresses the full picture thoughtfully, thoroughly, and all in one place. However, if a specialist referral is needed, we will work together to refer our patients to the best possible provider!

ABOUT RESULTS

  • Results vary depending on the treatment and the individual patient. Some patients notice improvements within days or weeks of beginning hormone optimization or peptide therapy. In-office treatments such as FemiLift and Alma Duo typically show progressive improvement over several weeks following each session, with optimal results emerging over a series of treatments. Hair restoration with Alma TED generally shows visible improvements in texture and scalp health within the first couple of sessions, with more significant density results over the following months. Dr. Burg will set realistic, personalized expectations at your consultation so you always know what to look for and when. And she will always be honest and upfront if you are not a good candidate for a procedure or treatment.

  • Visit frequency depends entirely on your treatment plan and the nature of your care. Hormone pellet insertions are typically needed every three to six months. In-office procedures such as FemiLift, Alma Duo, and Alma TED are generally performed in a series of sessions spaced several weeks apart. Follow-up consultations are scheduled based on your progress and your provider's recommendations. The goal is always to achieve the best possible results with the most efficient and convenient protocol for your life.
